AutoCRM — A Claude-powered CRM and outbound platform for modern sales teams

A B2B sales engine that replaces a $800/seat stack with one $99/month tool.

The problem

Modern sales teams stitch together a fragile, expensive stack: a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), a sequencer (Apollo or Outreach), a deliverability tool (Instantly), a visitor-identification platform (RB2B), an enrichment provider (Clay), and a LinkedIn automation tool — each with its own subscription, integration headaches, and data that doesn't quite line up.

For lean teams and founders running their own GTM, the result is a tool tax of $800+/seat before they've sent a single email, and a pipeline view that's never quite trustworthy because the data lives in five places. AutoCRM was built on a different premise: that a single AI-native system could collapse the entire stack into one product, write better outbound than a human would by hand, and stay safe inside the deliverability and platform guardrails that get most teams suspended or blacklisted.

The approach

AutoCRM is a single Next.js application with Claude wired in as the writing engine across every surface that produces text. The product spans nine distinct workflows, each of which would normally be a standalone SaaS, priced at $99/month flat — no per-seat tax, no contact-sales tier.

Outbound sequences. Users define an ideal customer profile and AutoCRM finds prospects automatically, enrolls them in personalized email sequences paced to protect deliverability, and writes every message using Claude — pulling context from a per-account knowledge base that includes the user's website, case studies, sender info, and tone preferences.

Inbound visitor intelligence. AutoCRM integrates with RB2B via webhook to identify anonymous website visitors at the person level. Identified visitors flow into the contacts table automatically and can be enrolled in a follow-up sequence with one click.

LinkedIn automation, the safe way. Rather than scripting LinkedIn's UI from a server (which gets accounts banned), AutoCRM ships a custom Chrome extension — the AutoCRM LinkedIn Assistant — that sends connection requests from the user's own browser session, throttled to 20/day and 100/week. Claude drafts the connection messages; the user reviews and approves each one.

Inbox Intelligence. Claude analyzes the user's connected Gmail inbox and surfaces four categories of insights automatically: To-Do items, Missed threads (sent emails with no reply that deserve a follow-up), Opportunities, and Trends Claude detects across recent communications. This turns a noisy inbox into a prioritized action list without the user touching a thing.

Pipeline and deals. A weighted Kanban pipeline (New 10% → Contacted 25% → Qualified 50% → Proposal 75% → Won/Lost), with live KPIs for pipeline value and weighted forecast, plus a nurture queue for deals that need to be re-warmed.

Deliverability infrastructure. Built-in 30-day email warm-up with automatic pause when bounce rate exceeds 5%, a per-user sender reputation dashboard, and a privacy-forward Gmail OAuth integration — AutoCRM only ever touches the messages it sends, never unrelated mail.

Lead scoring, reports, and a help center. Daily AI lead scoring (Cool/Warm/Hot · 0–100), 7/30/90-day reports for open rate, reply rate, and pipeline value, and 14 indexed help articles structured to onboard a non-technical user in one session.

Outcomes

The proof point lives in the dogfood: AutoCRM sold itself. 1,000 emails → 127 replies → 12 paying customers → $15K ARR in 14 days.

The live production system runs continuously, managing thousands of contacts and companies across automated prospecting, RB2B visitor identification, and manual entry — all in a single unified database, written and refined entirely solo.

What this means for your business

If you're a founder or small sales team currently running a CRM, a sequencer, a deliverability tool, and a visitor-identification platform — and paying four subscriptions and dealing with four integrations — AutoCRM compresses that stack into one product, with Claude as the writing layer that makes every outbound message feel hand-written.

The same architecture and approach can be adapted for verticals where the off-the-shelf stack doesn't fit: agencies, professional services, real estate teams, B2B SaaS founders running their own GTM, and SMBs that need a custom system rather than a one-size-fits-all CRM.
